2. What Data Do I Process, and For What Purpose?

• Account information (name, email, optional phone): for registration, login, and communicating with you.
• Appointment information (date, session type, your note): for scheduling and carrying out your appointment.
• Health data you may share in your appointment notes: is processed solely for the purpose of providing the counseling service and based on your explicit consent (GDPR Art. 9(2)(a)).
• Blog comments (name, email, message): for publishing the comment.

3. Legal Basis

Your data is processed on the legal bases of contract performance (appointment service), explicit consent (the consent you give during registration), and legitimate interest (secure operation of the website).

4. Sharing with Third Parties

Your personal data is not shared with third parties, sold, or used for marketing purposes. Only technical service providers necessary for the website's operation (hosting, database, and email infrastructure) have limited access to the data, under contractual safeguards. External platform links such as Zoom/Google Meet are used for online sessions; those platforms' own privacy policies apply.

5. Data Retention Period

Your account and appointment data are retained for as long as your account is active. When you request deletion of your account, your data will be deleted or anonymized within 30 days at the latest, subject to statutory retention obligations.

6. Your Rights

Under KVKK and GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, and erase your data (the right to be forgotten), restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing. To exercise these rights, simply write to the email address listed on the contact page. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority (the state data protection authority in Germany, or the KVKK Authority in Turkey).

7. Security

Your passwords are stored using irreversible hashing, all connections are encrypted with HTTPS, and only the counselor herself has access to the data.

8. Cookies

This site only uses essential cookies to remember your session and language preference; no advertising or tracking cookies are used.
